IRISH PRINTER is the only magazine dedicated to serving the communications needs of the Irish Printing and Graphic Arts Industry.
The magazine has been published by Jemma Publications every month since 1974 and its circulation covers the island of Ireland.
The magazine is produced to a high standard by a team of professional journalists which includes correspondents throughout Ireland and specialist writers from Europe and the USA.
Industry Focus
IRISH PRINTER is a member of Eurographic Press, the organisation of independent printing and graphic arts magazines, which covers 15 European countries. It is engaged in a number of pan-European projects and information exchange programmes.
Celebrating Excellence
IRISH PRINTER is the organiser of the IRISH PRINT AWARDS, the premier test of excellence for the Irish printing industry. The magazine also organises the Young Print Manager of the Year Award and it is an active supporter of the National Print Museum, the Young Managing Printers and TABS Golfing Society.
From an industry, serving mainly the domestic market in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland in the sixties, the Irish print sector in both areas has grown into a high technology industry, whose sights are set firmly on export markets while servicing domestic customers, many of whom are international companies now located in Ireland. These domestic and international companies have demands which are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Consequently the industry has continuously updated itself to be at the cutting edge of technology.
